Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 200 gms for marination : boneless chicken


  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder


  • 1 pinch salt to taste


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 150 gms to boil noodles: noodles


  • 1 -2 tsp oil


  • 2 nos cloves garlic


  • 3/4 tsp crushed pepper


  • 2 nos egg


  • 1 cups onion


  • 2 litre water


  • 1/4 cups green pea

Directions

  • Marinate chicken with pepper salt and garam masala cover and set aside until the noodles are boiled.
  • Bring 2 to 2 1/2 liters of water to a boil in a large pot.
  • Add noodles to the boiled water ,please follow the instruction on the noodles pack for timing.If the instruction insist then add 1 tsp oil and salt to the boiling water.
  • Mean while wash and green peas set these aside.
  • When the noodles are cooked drain the excesses water.Don't over cook them as they turn sticky and mushy.
  • Immediately add 1 tsp to 1 tbsp oil and smear it well to the noodles.Set these aside.
  • Heat a pan with 1 tbsp oil
  • Add garlic and fry for 30 sec
  • Add chicken and saute it on a medium heat it is cooked through completely.
  • Add chicken and saute it on a medium heat it is cooked through completely.then add 1-2 tbsp of hot water.Don't use cold water as it harden the chicken.
  • Cut a piece of chicken and make sure it is cooked.
  • Add another tbsp of oil to the pan regulate the flame to highest temperature.
  • Add Onion and saute them for a minute
  • Add green peas to this.
  • Add some crushed pepper
  • Briefly fry for a minute or two.if noodles look too dry add some oil.
  • Add scrambled eggs
  • Serve chicken noodles hot.
