Ingredients

Serves 1

  • Badam pisin - 4 or 5 (soak overnight and chill)

  • Sabja seeds - 2 tbsp ( soak in water for 20 minutes and chill )

  • Nanari Sarbath - 6 tbsp

  • Reduced milk - 1/2 cup ( refer note for preparation. )

  • Butterscotch icecream - 1 scoop

  • 1 high glass ( must )

    In the high glass first fill 1/4th of it with badam pisin. The next 1/4 th with sabja seeds. The next 1/4 th with nanari sarbath. The next 1/4 th with reduced milk. Now top the glass with icecream scoop. Serve chilli with a spoon . Note :  Procedure For reduced milk ( given 2 procedure ) Procedure 1 : Boil 1 cup milk 1/2 cup sugar. Let it boil in slow flame. When it reduce to 1/2 of the actual quantity. Remove off flame and chill it before you add to the Recipe. Chilling is must to avoid the icecream melt. Procedure 2 : ( simple procedure. ) Mix 1/4 of condensed milk with 1/4 of chill milk and add to the Recipe.  Mix well and add.
