In chopper chop naryal, carrots, ginger, coriander, mix it finely chopped. In this add besan and rice flour, garam masala and salt . mix well now kofta and deep fry
For gravy make paste of onion, tomato ginger garlic, and kadi pata
In pan put some oil, till oil warm up mean while in a bowl add KASOORI METHI, red chilli powder, daniya, haldi, garam masala, kitche king, pav bhaji masala and salt . Pour thi in a pan mix well now add tomato onio. Paste mix well and cook for 5 mins .
Mix well till all water vaporize
Now add dahi mix well
Add water required amount
boil properly cook for 5 mins
Serve kofta gravy together hot
