Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Milk - 250ml

  • Sugar - 5tablespoon

  • Mango puree - 1/4cup

  • Custard powder - 1 tablespoon

  • Parle G biscuits - 20pieces (crushed)

  • Butter - 25gm

Directions

    Take a pan add milk boil it on medium flame.

    Add sugar mix it well.

  • 03

    Take a bowl add custard powder and 4 spoon water mix it well then put it in pan and cook for 2min.

    Cook the custard on high flame till it thick.

    Turn off the flame and keep it aside to cool.

    Add mango puree mix it well.

  • 07

    Add butter in biscuits crushed mix it well.

  • 08

    Take a serving glass add biscuits in Base then put mango custard then biscuits crushed then custard.

    Yummilicious layered mango biscuits pudding is ready to serve serve it by garnish of mango slices and mint leaf.
