Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Macaroni -1 cup


  • Ginger-garlic Paste-1 tbsp


  • Onions chopped -1/2 cup


  • Tomato chopped -1 cup


  • Green Chilli-2


  • Coriander leaves chopped -1tbsp


  • Red Chilli Powder -1tbsp


  • Ready made Macaroni / Pasta Masala-2 tbsp


  • Tomato Ketchup -1tbsp


  • Salt as per taste


  • Cooking Oil

Directions

  • First chop onions, tomatoes and coriander leaves. Slit the green chillies. Grind 4-5 cloves of garlic along with 1 inch of ginger by using some water in a mixer grinder.
  • Boil enough water in a pan, add macaroni, salt and few drops of oil. Cook till macaroni is cooked which will take approx. 8 minutes. Drain the water and keep the macaroni aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add ginger-garlic paste into it. Saute it for 1 minute and then add chopped onions and green chillies into it. Saute it for 2 minutes on medium flame till onions become translucent.
  • Then add chopped tomatoes into it. Cook it till tomatoes become little soft. Then add red chilli powder, macaroni masala and salt in it. Cook all on low-medium flame for 2 minutes while stirring occasionally.
  • Then add tomato ketchup into it, mix it and add 2 tbsp of water into it. Cook it for few seconds and then add boiled macaroni into it.
  • Mix gently and cook on medium flame for 2 minutes, while tossing occasionally and then serve hot by garnishing it with some coriander leaves.
