  • Macaroni -1 cup

  • Ginger-garlic Paste-1 tbsp

  • Onions chopped -1/2 cup

  • Tomato chopped -1 cup

  • Green Chilli-2

  • Coriander leaves chopped -1tbsp

  • Red Chilli Powder -1tbsp

  • Ready made Macaroni / Pasta Masala-2 tbsp

  • Tomato Ketchup -1tbsp

  • Salt as per taste

  • Cooking Oil

    First chop onions, tomatoes and coriander leaves. Slit the green chillies. Grind 4-5 cloves of garlic along with 1 inch of ginger by using some water in a mixer grinder.

    Boil enough water in a pan, add macaroni, salt and few drops of oil. Cook till macaroni is cooked which will take approx. 8 minutes. Drain the water and keep the macaroni aside.

    Heat oil in a pan, add ginger-garlic paste into it. Saute it for 1 minute and then add chopped onions and green chillies into it. Saute it for 2 minutes on medium flame till onions become translucent.

    Then add chopped tomatoes into it. Cook it till tomatoes become little soft. Then add red chilli powder, macaroni masala and salt in it. Cook all on low-medium flame for 2 minutes while stirring occasionally.

    Then add tomato ketchup into it, mix it and add 2 tbsp of water into it. Cook it for few seconds and then add boiled macaroni into it.

    Mix gently and cook on medium flame for 2 minutes, while tossing occasionally and then serve hot by garnishing it with some coriander leaves.
