Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 500 gm boneless chicken

  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

  • 1 tbsp roasted chana daal

  • 1 tbsp roasted dried coconut

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 1 tsp or to taste salt

  • 1 tbsp red chilly powder

  • 1 tsp roasted cumin powder

  • 1/2 tsp all spice powder

  • 1/4 tsp red color

  • 1/2 cup oil

Directions

    Add chicken and all the ingredients in a jar and grind into a fine smooth paste.

  • 02

    Grease your palm with some oil and make kabab using skewers.

  • 03

    Keep it in the refrigerator for 5 to 6 hours.

    Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry kabab till dark golden color.

  • 05

    Take it out on a tissue and remove excess oil.

  • 06

    Serve it with green chutney.
