Murg Mungode/chicken Lentil's Fritters

1 cup Moong dal without skin
1/2 cup moong dal with skin
1 cup chicken mince, freshly made
1 medium size onion, finely chopped
2-3 green chillies, chopped
1 tsp chat masala, Salt to taste
1 tsp whole coriander seeds
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp ginger, peeled and grated
Soak moong dals for 2 hours
Grind to a coarse paste with green chillies, use very little water.
Take out in a bowl, add chicken mince
Add ginger, onion, crushed coriander seeds, lemon juice and salt.
Mix well, fry in hot oil on medium flame until crispy and golden brown.
Sprinkle some chaat masala and serve with mint chutney and sauce of your choice
