Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1 cup Moong dal without skin

  • 1/2 cup moong dal with skin

  • 1 cup chicken mince, freshly made

  • 1 medium size onion, finely chopped

  • 2-3 green chillies, chopped

  • 1 tsp chat masala, Salt to taste

  • 1 tsp whole coriander seeds

  • 2 tsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp ginger, peeled and grated

Directions

    Soak moong dals for 2 hours

  • 02

    Grind to a coarse paste with green chillies, use very little water.

  • 03

    Take out in a bowl, add chicken mince

  • 04

    Add ginger, onion, crushed coriander seeds, lemon juice and salt.

    Mix well, fry in hot oil on medium flame until crispy and golden brown.

  • 06

    Sprinkle some chaat masala and serve with mint chutney and sauce of your choice
