Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour


  • 1/4 cup maida


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 cup rajma boiled (soak the rajma over night ,then pressure cook it)


  • 1/2 cup onion chopped


  • 1 tsp green chilli paste


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1/2 cup tometo chopped


  • 1/2 cup capcicum chopped


  • 1/2 cup carrot chopped


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp bleck papper


  • 1 tbsp butter or oil


  • 1 cup greated cheese


  • 3 tb sp pizza spread


  • 3 tsp myonise spread


  • 1 cup spring onion chopped


  • 1 cup coriander leaves

Directions

  • Mix the wheat flour,maida,salt ,oil and water
  • Make it tight dough
  • Make small rotis
  • Roast very lightly
  • Keep a side
  • Boil rajma in pressure cooker
  • Take a pan heat oil
  • Add onoin chopped saute it till pinkish
  • Add green chilli and ginger garlic paste
  • Add all vegitables
  • Spread salt cook for 5 min.
  • Add boiled and mashed rajma
  • Add bleck papper,chat masala
  • Mix well
  • Cook for 4 minute
  • Add spring onion and coriander leaves
  • Take a roti ,roast it on tava with oil or butter
  • Spread pizza sauce and mayonise sauce
  • Put some stuffing and greated cheese
  • Than add the salad leaves
  • Spread chat masala
  • Roll it
  • Serve hot with mayonnaies or tometo sauce
