Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour

  • 1/4 cup maida

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 cup rajma boiled (soak the rajma over night ,then pressure cook it)

  • 1/2 cup onion chopped

  • 1 tsp green chilli paste

  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

  • 1/2 cup tometo chopped

  • 1/2 cup capcicum chopped

  • 1/2 cup carrot chopped

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp bleck papper

  • 1 tbsp butter or oil

  • 1 cup greated cheese

  • 3 tb sp pizza spread

  • 3 tsp myonise spread

  • 1 cup spring onion chopped

  • 1 cup coriander leaves

    Mix the wheat flour,maida,salt ,oil and water

    Make it tight dough

    Make small rotis

    Roast very lightly

    Keep a side

    Boil rajma in pressure cooker

    Take a pan heat oil

  • 08

    Add onoin chopped saute it till pinkish

    Add green chilli and ginger garlic paste

    Add all vegitables

    Spread salt cook for 5 min.

    Add boiled and mashed rajma

    Add bleck papper,chat masala

    Mix well

    Cook for 4 minute

    Add spring onion and coriander leaves

    Take a roti ,roast it on tava with oil or butter

    Spread pizza sauce and mayonise sauce

    Put some stuffing and greated cheese

    Than add the salad leaves

    Spread chat masala

    Serve hot with mayonnaies or tometo sauce
