Ingredients

Serves 5

  • 1/2 kg potatoes

  • 3 bread slice

  • 1 tsp chilli pwd

  • 3 tsbsp curd

  • 1 tsp Salt to taste

  • 1 cup Greated paneer

  • 1 cup chopped onion

  • 2 green chilli chopped

  • 1/4 tsp turmric pwd

  • 1 tsp chat madala

  • 1 tsp salt to taste

  • 1 tb sp oil

  • 1/2 cup maida

  • 1/4tsp salt

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1 cup sevaiyyan crushed

Directions

    Boil and mashed the potatoes

    Soak the bread slice in curd

  • 03

    Add it to the potato

  • 04

    Add salt ,chilli pwd,and garam masala

    Make 12 balls keep a side

    Take 1 tbsp in a pan

  • 07

    Add chopped onion and green chilli

    Fry for 2 minute

    Add chat masala ,turmric pwd and salt

    Close the gas

    Now m8x the greated paneer

    Bland thoroughly

    Make 12 balls keep a side

    Make thin paste of maida ,salt and water

    Take a potato ball

  • 16

    Shape it like an egg

    Put paneer ball inside and close properly

    Apply thin paste of maida with a finger all over ball

    Roll the ball in crushed sevaiyyan

    Deep fry in hot oil

    Serve hot with green chutney or tometo sauce
