Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 2 Brinjal

  • 1 raw mango

  • 2 Onion

  • 2: tomatoes

  • 1inch ginger

  • 1cup daniya

  • 1/2 cup pudina

  • 1 sp Salt

  • 3 Green chilli

  • 1 cup water

Directions

    Peel brinjal and cut in small pieces.and boil in pressure cooker one whistle .

    Now in a mixi jar add all ingredients and brinjal , onion, tomato, raw mango, salt green chilli, ginger, garli c, water, coriander, pudina and grind it to make smooth paste

  • 03

    Use this chutney with paratha, puri , bread
