initially boil potatoes and peel them in a bowl ad
now add Garam Masala breadcrumb and coriander salt . mix well
Mash paneer and divide into two parts in one part add haldi or yellow colour
Now take small part of yellow paneer cover with white paneer like eggNow cover this paneer with potato mixture. And give shape of koftas cover these koftas with oat s to make it
crispy. Deep fry these koftas .
For gravy grind onion tomato garlic and kadi pata make paste
In a pan put oil then add kasoori methi. Then add grinded paste and cook for 5 mins . Till water absorbs
Now add kaju and white sesame seeds paste mix well and cook for 5 mins .
Now add masalas all sugar salt mix well and cook till oil removes
Now add water and boil till required consistency . Cut koftas in two halfs and put in gravy and serve hot
