Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1) ingredients for kofta 250gms paneer


  • 1/2kg Potato


  • 1/2 bowl bread crumbs


  • 1/2cup oats


  • 1 sp garam masala


  • 1 sp salt


  • 1/2 cup coriander


  • 1 Pinch of haldi


  • 2 )Ingredients for gravy


  • 4 onions


  • 4 tomato


  • 1 clove garlic


  • 2 strips kadi pata


  • 1 spoon kasuri methi


  • 15 kaju


  • 2 sp white sesame seeds


  • 1sp Garam masala


  • 1sp kitchen king


  • 1 sp pav bhaji masala


  • 1sp Daniya powder


  • 1/2 haldi


  • 1/2 lal mirch


  • 2 sp coriander


  • 2cups oil


  • 1 sp Sugar

Directions

  • initially boil potatoes and peel them in a bowl ad
  • now add Garam Masala breadcrumb and coriander salt . mix well
  • Mash paneer and divide into two parts in one part add haldi or yellow colour
  • Now take small part of yellow paneer cover with white paneer like eggNow cover this paneer with potato mixture. And give shape of koftas cover these koftas with oat s to make it crispy. Deep fry these koftas .
  • For gravy grind onion tomato garlic and kadi pata make paste
  • In a pan put oil then add kasoori methi. Then add grinded paste and cook for 5 mins . Till water absorbs
  • Now add kaju and white sesame seeds paste mix well and cook for 5 mins .
  • Now add masalas all sugar salt mix well and cook till oil removes
  • Now add water and boil till required consistency . Cut koftas in two halfs and put in gravy and serve hot
