In a bowl take curd , 1 tbsp green chilli paste, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste , 1 tsp turmeric , 1/2 tbsp garam masala , 1 /2 tbsp chicken masala , 1 /2 tbsp red chilli powder , 1 / 2 tsp red orange food colour and 1 tbsp oil. Mix it well. Add chicken to it and keep it aside for 4 - 5 hours.
In a pan take 1 tbsp oil and add onion to it . Add 2 cardamom to it.
When onion turns into golden colour add tomato to it. Cook for 5 mins. Then transfer it in a plate. when it cools down grind it in mixer.
In a non stick pan take 2 tbsp butter and add chicken to it. Cover it and cook till it becomes soft.
In another pan take remaining butter and add onion paste. Cook for 5 mins.
Add all the remaining masala and 1 tbsp water. Cook for 1 min.
Now add cooked chicken , capsicum ,kasuri methi 1 /2 tsp food colour and required water to it.
Add cream to it . cook till oil separates from gravy.
Decorate with cream and coriander. Serve with naan , chapati , paratha or rice.
