Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 500gm Chicken


  • 3 Onion ( chopped in square pieces)


  • 3 Tomato (cut into big pieces)


  • 1 Capsicum (cut into square pieces)


  • 1/2 cup Curd


  • 1/4 cup Cream


  • 2 tbsp Green chilli paste


  • 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste


  • 2 tsp Turmeric powder


  • 1 tbsp Garam masala


  • 1 tbsp Chicken masala


  • 1 tbsp Red chilli paste


  • 1 tsp Chaat masala


  • 1 tbsp kasuri methi


  • 3 tbsp Cashew and melon paste


  • 1 tsp Red orange food colour


  • 2 tsp Salt


  • 1/4 cup Butter


  • 4 tbsp Oil


  • 2 tbsp cream


  • 2 tbsp Coriander


  • 2 Cardamom

Directions

  • In a bowl take curd , 1 tbsp green chilli paste, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste , 1 tsp turmeric , 1/2 tbsp garam masala , 1 /2 tbsp chicken masala , 1 /2 tbsp red chilli powder , 1 / 2 tsp red orange food colour and 1 tbsp oil. Mix it well. Add chicken to it and keep it aside for 4 - 5 hours.
  • In a pan take 1 tbsp oil and add onion to it . Add 2 cardamom to it.
  • When onion turns into golden colour add tomato to it. Cook for 5 mins. Then transfer it in a plate. when it cools down grind it in mixer.
  • In a non stick pan take 2 tbsp butter and add chicken to it. Cover it and cook till it becomes soft.
  • In another pan take remaining butter and add onion paste. Cook for 5 mins.
  • Add all the remaining masala and 1 tbsp water. Cook for 1 min.
  • Now add cooked chicken , capsicum ,kasuri methi 1 /2 tsp food colour and required water to it.
  • Add cream to it . cook till oil separates from gravy.
  • Decorate with cream and coriander. Serve with naan , chapati , paratha or rice.
