500gm boneless chicken pieces
1 cup fresh cream
1/2 cup hungcurd
1&1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon white pepper powder
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
1/2 teaspoon chat masala powder
3 tablespoons butter
Some fresh chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
Marinate chicken with fresh cream, hungcurd, ginger garlic paste, salt, white pepper powder and garam masala powder. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Soak skewers in water for 30minutes. Rub skewers with butter r n set 4 to 5nos of marinated chicken pieces in it.
Heat butter on nonstick pan and shallow fry chicken malai tikka for 15mins from all the sides or till chicken done. transfer it to a plate.
Garnish with coriander leaves n sprinkle chat masala.
Serve this chicken malai tikka with coriander mint chutney.
