Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 500gm boneless chicken pieces


  • 1 cup fresh cream


  • 1/2 cup hungcurd


  • 1&1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste


  • Salt to taste


  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder


  • 1 teaspoon white pepper powder


  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder


  • 1/2 teaspoon chat masala powder


  • 3 tablespoons butter


  • Some fresh chopped coriander leaves for garnishing

Directions

  • Marinate chicken with fresh cream, hungcurd, ginger garlic paste, salt, white pepper powder and garam masala powder. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Soak skewers in water for 30minutes. Rub skewers with butter r n set 4 to 5nos of marinated chicken pieces in it.
  • Heat butter on nonstick pan and shallow fry chicken malai tikka  for 15mins from all the sides or till chicken done. transfer it to a plate.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves n sprinkle chat masala.
  • Serve this chicken malai tikka with coriander mint chutney.
