Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 500gm boneless chicken cut into long strips


  • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste


  • 2 tablespoon all purpose flour


  • Salt to taste


  • 1/2 tablespoon red chilly powder


  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder


  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice


  • 2 beaten eggs


  • 1&1/2 cups breadcrumb


  • Oil for deep fry

Directions

  • In large mixing bowl marinate chicken with ginger, garlic paste, salt, redchilly powder, garam masala powder, lemon juice. Keep aside for half an hour.
  • Mix all purpose flour in marinated chicken.
  • Heat oil in wok. Take marinated chicken strip dip it in beaten eggs (don't forget to add little salt in eggs) and then coat breadcrumbs on all over chicken finger.
  • Fry chicken fingers in heated oil on medium flame. fry till it turn into crispy golden brown. transfer it to a plate.
  • Serve this crispy yummy chicken fingers with tomato ketchup.
