  • 500gm boneless chicken cut into long strips

  • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste

  • 2 tablespoon all purpose flour

  • Salt to taste

  • 1/2 tablespoon red chilly powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder

  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 2 beaten eggs

  • 1&1/2 cups breadcrumb

  • Oil for deep fry

    In large mixing bowl marinate chicken with ginger, garlic paste, salt, redchilly powder, garam masala powder, lemon juice. Keep aside for half an hour.

    Mix all purpose flour in marinated chicken.

    Heat oil in wok. Take marinated chicken strip dip it in beaten eggs (don't forget to add little salt in eggs) and then coat breadcrumbs on all over chicken finger.

    Fry chicken fingers in heated oil on medium flame. fry till it turn into crispy golden brown. transfer it to a plate.

    Serve this crispy yummy chicken fingers with tomato ketchup.
