First wash green peas and grind coarsely on mixer
Saute mava for 5 minutes
Heat 2 tsp oil in kadahi ,add cumin seeds when flutter add green chilly paste ginger garlic paste and saute for 5 minutes
Now add mava and mix well ,add salt n turmeric powder,corriander mix well and put aside stuffing is ready
Now take samolina add salt,hot oil 1 tsp,mix well
Add water and make hard dough for karanji covering
Now make puri with dough .stuff it with stuffing on putting on karanji mould
Get all karanjis stuffed
Now heat oil in kadahi and fry karanjis in oil from both the sides
Serv it with sauce or chutney
