  • Green peas 2 bowls

  • Green chili paste 1 tsp

  • Ginger,garlic paste 1/2tsp

  • Corriander 1 tsp

  • Cumin seeds 1/2tsp

  • Mava 1 tsp

  • Oil 4 bowls for frying

  • Samolina (maida) 3 bowls

  • Salt 2 tsp

  • Turmeric powder 1/2tsp


  • First wash green peas and grind coarsely on mixer
  • Saute mava for 5 minutes
  • Heat 2 tsp oil in kadahi ,add cumin seeds when flutter add green chilly paste ginger garlic paste and saute for 5 minutes
  • Now add mava and mix well ,add salt n turmeric powder,corriander mix well and put aside stuffing is ready
  • Now take samolina add salt,hot oil 1 tsp,mix well
  • Add water and make hard dough for karanji covering
  • Now make puri with dough .stuff it with stuffing on putting on karanji mould
  • Get all karanjis stuffed
  • Now heat oil in kadahi and fry karanjis in oil from both the sides
  • Serv it with sauce or chutney
