Ingredients

  • Panner_200g


  • Boiled potato 2


  • Maida 3/4 teaspoon


  • 2 onion


  • 7/8 garlic flakes


  • 2 tamato


  • 1 inch ginger piece


  • Fresh curd 1/2 cup


  • Chili powder 1 spoon


  • Turmeric powder 1/2 spoon


  • Kasuri methi 1/2 teaspoon


  • Salt as per taste

Directions

  • In a bowl mix panner & patato mash well add pinch of salt & maida kneed & make a dough
  • Divide the dough in two parts in 3:1 ratio
  • Add pinch of haldi / food colour in less ratio dough
  • Make small balls for same amount from both of dough
  • White balls are became big in size from yellow balls
  • Take 1 white ball flatten it take a yellow ball keep it on the centre of white ball
  • Cover the yellow ball with white part & roll like dumplings/ eggs
  • Make all the veg eggs like this
  • Now rest all the veg eggs in a side & prepare the gravy
  • For gravy first add onion garlic ginger tamato in a mixi & make a smooth paste
  • Add oil in a pan when oil heats add spice paste & fry when spice became brown add chili powder turmeric powder salt n curd & fry again
  • When spice became sticky add kasuri methi & 2 cup water stir well & cover let it cook in shimmer for 10 miniutes
  • Then add all the veg eggs in the gravy cook for just 2 minutes then add coriander leave & off the gas
  • Serve with rice roti paratha
