Wash and Clean chicken,Cut it (lengthwise) into small pieces.
Grind Ginger(1 inch piece) garlic cloves(5) Curry leaves (1 sprig) Lemon Juice,salt,chilli powder into a paste.
Marinate Chicken pieces to the ground paste for min 30 min.
Slice remaining garlic,ginger and shallots
Add Gram/Corn four into the marinated chicken pieces and mix it well by adding 4 tsp hot water.
Heat cooking oil in a pan and stir till it turns dark brown.
Put garlic ginger,dhallots curry leaves and salt into and sauté till it turn golden brown .
Put ¼ tsp of chilli powder and mix it well.
Now add the fried chicken pieces into and combine well.
Remove from flame and transfer to serving dish.
