Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1/2 kgs chicken (boneless)


  • 12 nos dry red chilies


  • 6 tsp corn flour


  • 2 inch ginger


  • 10 nos garlic cloves


  • 15 nos shallots cloves


  • 2 sprig curry leaves


  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder


  • 1 pinch turmeric powder


  • 2 cups cooking oil,to deep fry


  • 1 tsp salt,to taste

Directions

  • Wash and Clean chicken,Cut it (lengthwise) into small pieces.
  • Grind Ginger(1 inch piece) garlic cloves(5) Curry leaves (1 sprig) Lemon Juice,salt,chilli powder into a paste.
  • Marinate Chicken pieces to the ground paste for min 30 min.
  • Slice remaining garlic,ginger and shallots
  • Add Gram/Corn four into the marinated chicken pieces and mix it well by adding 4 tsp hot water.
  • Heat cooking oil in a pan and stir till it turns dark brown.
  • Put garlic ginger,dhallots curry leaves and salt into and sauté till it turn golden brown .
  • Put ¼ tsp of chilli powder and mix it well.
  • Now add the fried chicken pieces into and combine well.
  • Remove from flame and transfer to serving dish.
