Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup french beans


  • 1 cup flower


  • 1 cup green peas


  • 150 gr. Paneer


  • 1 tomato roughly chopped


  • 1 onion roughly chopped


  • 2 green chilli roughly chopped


  • 1/2 cup capsicum


  • 1/4 cup hung curd


  • 1/4 cup fresh cream


  • 2 tbsp chilli powder


  • 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tbsp garam masala


  • 1 inch dalchini


  • 1 tezpan


  • 2 black paper


  • 1/2 cup green coriander


  • 1 tbsp salt


  • 1 black cardemom


  • 2 green cardemom


  • Oil 2 tbsp


  • Spinach leaves 2 cup

Directions

  • Heat a pan add little oil and add roughly chopped onion ,chilli ,tomato ,spinach ,coriander
  • Saute it only two minute . keep aside and cool it
  • Then grind it smoothly
  • Add 1 glass water boil it then add flower ,beans ,peas dont overcook
  • Heat the pan add oil ,oil get hot add all khada masala ,tezpan ,dalchini ,blackpeper ,corimom ,roast it few minute
  • Then add the pest of spinach tomato onion
  • Saute it till the oil sepreted from the pan now add curd mix it well.
  • Now add all dry spices chilli powder ,turmeric ,salt garam masala etc
  • Now add capsicum saute it 2-3 minute
  • Drain the boil vegitable and add it in gravy.now lastly cut the paneer in squre shape and add .
  • Mix it well now add fresh cream which maintain the texture and test of vegitable
  • After five minute off the flame and serve vej hydrabadi with paratha ,nan ,or rice
