Ingredients

wheat flour 2 1/2 cup
Instant yeast 2 1/2 Tsp
Honey/sugar 1Tsp
Salt 1Tsp
Luke warm water 1 cup
Olive oil 1Tbsp
Boiled and mashed potatoes 2cup
Boiled green peas 1/2 cup
Red chili powder 1Tsp
Cumin seeds 1Tsp
Amchur powder 1/2Tsp
Whole coriander seeds 1Tsp
Chopped fresh coriander leaves 2Tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/2Tsp
Salt to taste
Directions
In a large mixing bowl combine the honey, yeast, and warm water.
Stir it around and let sit for 5 minutes or until the yeast is foamy and dissolved.
Add the olive oil and salt.Mix well .
Add 3 cups of whole wheat flour with a large rubber spatula until dough starts to come together.
Once mixed, knead for 5 minutes by hand on a lightly floured surface
After kneading, your dough should be smooth and elastic.
Shape the dough into a ball and place in a large bowl that has been coated lightly with olive oil.
Cover tightly with plastic wrap and allow to rise in a warm place.
my dough took 1 hour,Punch the dough down to release the air. It will deflate.
Cut the dough into 8 equal parts and keep aside.
Heat oil, add jeera , let it splutter
Add mashed potatoes and peas and all dry species,mix well.
Cook on slow gas for few minutes till done.
Remove from heat and add chopped coriander leaves.
Mix well and keep aside to cool down a bit
Preheat oven for 10 mins at 200•C.
Dust the kitchen counter with less flour , take one part of dough. Ball.
Start rolling like a small chapati.
Place the filling on one side Of chapati. Now cover with other half.
Join the edges by applying little water all Over the disc.
Same way prepare all the calzone.
Now apply little oil on all calzone and place on baking tray.
Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown in colour.
Remove from oven and serve hot.
