Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 4oo gram boneless chicken


  • Whole spices -1 teaspoon Cumin/jeera


  • 2 bay leaves,


  • 1/2 inch cinnamon stick


  • 6-8no. Whole pepper corns


  • 2-3 green cardamom


  • 1big size-Onion sliced


  • 2 numbers-Green chillies(split into 2)


  • 1tablespoon-Ginger garlic paste


  • 2numbers-Tomatoes chopped


  • 2 tablespoon- Chicken masala


  • 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste


  • 1/2teaspoon Red chilli powder


  • 400 gram -finely chopped cabbage

Directions

  • Heat oil in a kadhai add in all the whole spices sautey for a while.
  • When nice aroma starts coming add in sliced onions fry until golden brown.
  • Now add in boneless chicken cook on high flame for 5 -8minutes stirring in between
  • Now add in green chillies, gingergarlic paste red chilli powder ,chicken masala mix all the ingredients properly
  • Cook on medium flame with the lid on until half done or for For 5minutes stirring inbetween
  • Now add finely chopped cabbage mix it properly with other ingredients
  • Cover n cook until cabbage becomes soft
  • Now add in Salt to taste and chopped tomatoes cover and cook until tomatoes becomes soft.
  • Open the lid and dry if any water is left on high to medium flame stirring continuously .
  • Serve hot with chapati.. Butter Naan or you can serve with plain Rice and Tur daal fry.
