  • 4oo gram boneless chicken

  • Whole spices -1 teaspoon Cumin/jeera

  • 2 bay leaves,

  • 1/2 inch cinnamon stick

  • 6-8no. Whole pepper corns

  • 2-3 green cardamom

  • 1big size-Onion sliced

  • 2 numbers-Green chillies(split into 2)

  • 1tablespoon-Ginger garlic paste

  • 2numbers-Tomatoes chopped

  • 2 tablespoon- Chicken masala

  • 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste

  • 1/2teaspoon Red chilli powder

  • 400 gram -finely chopped cabbage

    Heat oil in a kadhai add in all the whole spices sautey for a while.

    When nice aroma starts coming add in sliced onions fry until golden brown.

    Now add in boneless chicken cook on high flame for 5 -8minutes stirring in between

    Now add in green chillies, gingergarlic paste red chilli powder ,chicken masala mix all the ingredients properly

    Cook on medium flame with the lid on until half done or for For 5minutes stirring inbetween

    Now add finely chopped cabbage mix it properly with other ingredients

    Cover n cook until cabbage becomes soft

  • 08

    Now add in Salt to taste and chopped tomatoes cover and cook until tomatoes becomes soft.

    Open the lid and dry if any water is left on high to medium flame stirring continuously .

    Serve hot with chapati.. Butter Naan or you can serve with plain Rice and Tur daal fry.
