White/brown bread 1 big pack/24 pieces
Mozzarella pieces 24 pieces
All purpose flour 1/4 cup
Water. 1/4 cup
Grated Parmesan cheese 2 cups
Black pepper. 1Tsp
Chopped parsley. 2Tbsp
Garlic powder 1 1/2 Tsp
Tomato ketchup For serving
Oil As required for deep frying
Roll out each bread piece with rolling pin and with help of round cookie cutter cut into round shape.
In a small bowl add flour and water to form paste and keep aside.
Place one piece of mozzarella in the center of one round
Spread flour paste around the edges and cover with the second piece of bread.
Press edges together to seal.
Repeat same process with other pieces of bread.
Heat oil in deep pan.
Fry each bread disc until golden brown in color.
Drain on kitchen paper.
In a big bowl add parmesan cheese, pepper,parsley and garlic powder.
Mix everything well.
Toss each slightly cooled and drained bread disc in the cheese mixture to coat.
Same way coat all the disc with Cheese mixture.
