Ingredients

  • Green Moong : 1 cup soaked and steamed

  • Onion: 1 finely chopped

  • Carrot: 1 grated

  • Beetroot: 1/2 grated

  • Black salt: 1/2 tsp

  • Lemon juice: 1 tbsp

  • Apple cider vinegar: 1 tbsp

  • Dried oregano: 1/2 tsp

  • Black pepper Powder: 1/2 tsp

  • Green chillies: 1 chopped

  • Spring onion leaves: 1 tbsp finely chopped

Directions

    Add together all the ingredients in a bowl.
