Raw Mango grated-4 cups
Green Chilli -15-20
Garlic chopped -1 cup
Ginger grated-1/2 cup
Red Chilli Powder -1 cup
Turmeric Powder -1/2 cup
Salt -3/4 cup
Mustard Oil-1 cup
Asafoetida -1/2 tbsp
Cumin Seeds -1tbsp
Carom Seeds -1tbsp
Mustard Seeds-1tbsp
Fenugreek Seeds -1/2 tbsp
Fennel Seeds -1tbsp
Directions
Wash the mangoes and then wipe it, peel it and grate it and remove the seed. Peel and chop the garlic. Grate the ginger as well.
Place the grated mangoes,green chillies, chopped garlic and grated ginger in a large bowl, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt in it and mix it well.
Heat oil in a pan, add asafoetida and carom seeds, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds and fennel seeds into it, saute it for 1 minute and then pour this hot oil into the bowl and then mix it well.
Store it in a dry bottle and allow it to mature for a day or two before using.
