Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 bowl boiled left over rice


  • 1 onion chopped


  • 1 green chilli chopped


  • 1 boiled potato


  • 1 tspn salt


  • 2/2 tspn red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tspn cinnamon powder


  • 1/2 tspn garam masala


  • 1 tspn chat masala


  • 1 tspn ginger garlic paste

Directions

  • Mash finely boiled rice in a mixing bowl.
  • Now add chopped onion, chopped green chilli and mashed boil potato.
  • Mix it well.
  • Now add all the dry ingredients or masalas.
  • Mix it very well and make a fine mixture for kebabs.
  • Now start making kebabs of the mixture.
  • Take 1 scoop of the mixture and give it the shape.
  • In the mean while heat the pan by adding 1 to 2 tblspn of oil in the pan.
  • Drop one by one all the kebabs into the pan.
  • Roast it from both the sides till it becomes brown and crisp.
  • You can deep fry also.
  • Now flip the kebabs again.
  • If it is done then transfer them to the plate.
  • Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup or any choice of your dip.
