Arrange all the ingredients and roast all the grams,groundnut,
sesame seeds.
Grind the roasted mix,garlic,red chillies in a dry mixie jar to get a coarse powder.
Transfer the above mix into a vessel.
Add salt, turmeric powder,cumin seeds,chopped onion,red chili powder.
In the meantime, de-seed the capsicums to fill the stuff.
Now fill the empty bell peppers with already prepared powdered stuff.
Heat oil in a pan and place the stuffed capsicums ,allow them to cook until tender.
Serve hot with rice/chapati.
