Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • All purpose flour - 1cup


  • Sugar powder - 1/4cup


  • Baking powder - 1teaspoon


  • Baking soda - 1/2 teaspoon


  • Cocoa powder - 2tablespoons


  • Choco chips - 2tablespoons


  • Salt - 1cup


  • Milk - 1/4cup


  • Vinegar - 1 teaspoon


  • Mango puree - 1/2cup


  • Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon


  • Butter - 50gm

Directions

  • First add vinegar in milk mix it and Keep it aside.
  • Second add vanilla extract in mango puree mix it well and keep it aside.
  • Take a bowl add butter then add sugar whisk it for 4-5min or till it becomes soft and light.
  • Take a strainer seive all the dry ingredients i.e... All purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder.
  • Add mango puree in butter's bowl and mix it well.
  • Add all purpose flour mix it by cut and fold method then add milk mix it gently.
  • Take a cake tin Greece it with butter then sprinkle all purpose flour.
  • Take a bowl add 2tablespoons plain mango batter in it and in the left batter add cocoa powder and 1 tablespoon choco chips mix it.
  • Pour chocolate mango cake batter in tin then decorate it with plain mango batter and then sprinkle chocolate chips.
  • Take a pressure cooker add salt on Base then preheat it on medium flame for 15min.
  • Put the cake tin in cooker and bake it for 35min on low flame.
  • After 35min turn off the flame and keep it aside to cool completely then demould it and serve it.
