In a large sauce pan,heat oil and add onions,saute until soft.
Add ginger,garlic ,chilly and fry until aromatic.
Add curry powder and fry briefly about 15-30 sec.
Add tomato fried cover the lid and cook for 5 mins until tomatoes are soft.
Add chicken pieces ,stir well and fry for about 2 mins.Add water and cook for 2 mins.
Add water bring to boil,Cover and simmer for 5 min.
Add capsicum.Stir well,Check consistency taste of stew and simmer for 5 min.
Serve Hot.
