Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 200 gms chicken


  • 1/2 cups oil


  • 1 nos onion(chopped)


  • 1 tbsp ginger(grated)


  • 2-3 nos garlic cloves


  • 2 nos red chilly


  • 1/2 nos tomato


  • 1/2 nos capsicum


  • 2 tbsp chicken curry powder


  • 1 tsp salt,to taste


  • 1/2 cups water

Directions

  • In a large sauce pan,heat oil and add onions,saute until soft.
  • Add ginger,garlic ,chilly and fry until aromatic.
  • Add curry powder and fry briefly about 15-30 sec.
  • Add tomato fried cover the lid and cook for 5 mins until tomatoes are soft.
  • Add chicken pieces ,stir well and fry for about 2 mins.Add water and cook for 2 mins.
  • Add water bring to boil,Cover and simmer for 5 min.
  • Add capsicum.Stir well,Check consistency taste of stew and simmer for 5 min.
  • Serve Hot.
