Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Chicken 4 piece

  • Water 1/2 cups

  • Curd 2 1/2 tsp

  • Coconut Oil 1 1/2 tsp

  • Chili Powder 1/2 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

  • Garam Masala 1/4 tsp

  • Pepper Powder 9 pinch

  • chicken masala 1/2 tsp

  • Curry Leaves 1 sprig

  • Ginger-Garlic Paste 1 tbsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Gram Flour 1/2 cups

Directions

    Wash chicken and drain all the water out of it.

    Mix Curd,Salt,Chili Powder,Coconut Oil,Turmeric powder,Garam Masala, Pepper Powder,Chicken Masala,Salt ,Ginger garlic paste in a dish.

    Marinate chicken with this mix and keep it for 20 minutes.

    Take a pan and pour 1/2 cup of water on it and add in marinated chicken.

    Now cook Chicken until steam come out of the pan.

    Now take gram flour in a dish ,mix it with water then add on little salt , 1/4 tsp turmeric powder,chili powder and garam masala.

    Now dip Cooked chicken in the flour and deep fry till it become brown inj colour.Serve Hot.
