Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 4 piece chicken


  • 1/2 cups water


  • 2 1/2 tsp curd


  • 1 1/2 tsp coconut oil


  • 1/2 tsp chili powder


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1/4 tsp garam masala


  • 9 pinch pepper powder


  • 1/2 tsp chicken masala


  • 1 sprig curry leaves


  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 cups gram flour

Directions

  • Wash chicken and drain all the water out of it.
  • Mix Curd,Salt,Chili Powder,Coconut Oil,Turmeric powder,Garam Masala, Pepper Powder,Chicken Masala,Salt ,Ginger garlic paste in a dish.
  • Marinate chicken with this mix and keep it for 20 minutes.
  • Take a pan and pour 1/2 cup of water on it and add in marinated chicken.
  • Now cook Chicken until steam come out of the pan.
  • Now take gram flour in a dish ,mix it with water then add on little salt , 1/4 tsp turmeric powder,chili powder and garam masala.
  • Now dip Cooked chicken in the flour and deep fry till it become brown inj colour.Serve Hot.
