Ingredients

  • Chaap pieces 1cup


  • Paneer cut in cubes 1cup


  • Curd 1/3 cup


  • Gram flour 2tsp


  • Salt 1tsp


  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp


  • Chaap spice 1tsp


  • Coriander powder 1tsp


  • Tomato cut in square pieces 1/3 cup


  • Onion cut in square pieces 1/3 cup


  • Capsicum cut in square 1/3 cup


  • Charcoal 1small pieces for smoky flavour


  • Lemon juice 1tsp


  • Chaat spice 1tsp

Directions

  • Take a bowl
  • Add chaap,paneer,capsicum,onion and tomato in it..
  • Then add all spices in it n mix it well
  • Then add curd and n gram flour in it n mix it well
  • Keep it in freeze for 15mins..
  • Then assemble all pieces in tikka sticks..
  • N grill it for 14mins..
  • Then take a piece of silver foil
  • Put it on tikka
  • Then take hot charcoal piece
  • Put it on silver foil..
  • And put a drop of butter on charcoal pieces .
  • Cover it for 1mins..so that smoky flavour will come in tikkas..
  • Sprinkle chaat spice n lemon juice on it..
  • N serve hot with dips..
