Take a bowl
Add chaap,paneer,capsicum,onion and tomato in it..
Then add all spices in it n mix it well
Then add curd and n gram flour in it n mix it well
Keep it in freeze for 15mins..
Then assemble all pieces in tikka sticks..
N grill it for 14mins..
Then take a piece of silver foil
Put it on tikka
Then take hot charcoal piece
Put it on silver foil..
And put a drop of butter on charcoal pieces .
Cover it for 1mins..so that smoky flavour will come in tikkas..
Sprinkle chaat spice n lemon juice on it..
N serve hot with dips..
