Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 250 gms chicken


  • 2 tbsp salt


  • 250 ml oil


  • 1 tbsp chili powder


  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tbsp pepper powder


  • 1 nos garlic


  • 1 nos ginger


  • 1 cups maida


  • 1 nos egg


  • 1 nos tomato


  • 1 nos carrot


  • 1 nos onion,medium size


  • 2 nos curry leaves

Directions

  • Take a cup of Maida add a little salt and mix with water to from a bowl.
  • Leave the Maida bowl for 1 hour.
  • Wash chicken and boil the chicken with turmeric powder and little salt.
  • After some time take a chicken and add chilli powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder and try it.
  • Then chop the chicken in to small pieces. Cut tomato, carrot, onion, in to small pieces and mix with our chicken.
  • After 1hour make the media into a shape of flower and fry it with oil.
  • Mix an egg with a petal of garlic and grind it using oil and salt.
