Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 250 gms chicken breast


  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  • 1/2 tsp ginger paste


  • 1 tsp salt,to taste


  • 1/2 tsp red chilly powder


  • 1 nos egg


  • 1 tsp corn flour


  • 3-4 tbsp oil


  • 2 tsp sauces:oil


  • 1 tsp ginger


  • 2 nos green chilly


  • 1 nos onion,large sized


  • 1 tsp red chilly powder


  • 1/2 tsp vinegar


  • 3 tsp water


  • 1 tsp salt,to taste

Directions

  • Take a bowl and add 1/2 tsp of ginger paste ,1 tsp lemon juice, salt to taste and mix it well.
  • Add cleaned chicken breasts pieces into the mix and marinate it well and set aside for 5 minutes.
  • After 5 mins, add 1 egg, 1 tsp corn flour into the marinated chicken and mix it well.
  • Keep this mixture for 30 minutes. Meanwhile We will prepare for sauce.
  • For the sauce, add 2 tsp of oil into an hot pan.Add 1 tsp of sliced ginger,2 green chilies chopped and 1 large onion sliced into cubes.
  • Cook it well until the onions turns pink.Add 1/2 tsp vinegar ,3 tsp of water and salt to taste the mix.
  • Stir it well until the sauce becomes thick and keep this aside.
  • After Sauce is prepared, fry the marinated chicken pieces in low flame.
  • Fry it until the pieces turn brown.Add these fried chicken pieces into the prepared sauce and mix it well.
  • Serve Hot
