Take a bowl and add 1/2 tsp of ginger paste ,1 tsp lemon juice, salt to taste and mix it well.
Add cleaned chicken breasts pieces into the mix and marinate it well and set aside for 5 minutes.
After 5 mins, add 1 egg, 1 tsp corn flour into the marinated chicken and mix it well.
Keep this mixture for 30 minutes. Meanwhile We will prepare for sauce.
For the sauce, add 2 tsp of oil into an hot pan.Add 1 tsp of sliced ginger,2 green chilies chopped and 1 large onion sliced into cubes.
Cook it well until the onions turns pink.Add 1/2 tsp vinegar ,3 tsp of water and salt to taste the mix.
Stir it well until the sauce becomes thick and keep this aside.
After Sauce is prepared, fry the marinated chicken pieces in low flame.
Fry it until the pieces turn brown.Add these fried chicken pieces into the prepared sauce and mix it well.
Serve Hot
