Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Chicken 1/2 kgs

  • Garam Masala Powder 2 tbsp

  • Pepper Powder 1/2 tbsp

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp

  • Salt 1/2 tbsp

  • Big Onion(sliced) 2 nos

  • Crushed Green chilly,Ginger-Garlic Paste 3 tbsp

  • Coriander Leaf 5-6 nos

  • Curry Leaf 5-6 nos

  • lemon 1 nos

  • Eggs 3 nos

  • Bread 2-3 nos

  • Oil 2 tbsp

  • Coconut Milk 1/2 cups

  • Rusk Powder 1 bowls

Directions

    Marinate Chicken with salt and turmeric powder.

    Add some water to this and cook well.Now Allow to cool down naturally.

    Now Mince the chicken.In a heated pan add oil and sliced onion and fry them well or until brown in color.

    Add on Salt and Turmeric Powder,to this add crushed chilly,garlic,ginger and stir well.

    Now add Garam Masala ,Crushed Pepper,curry leaves and coriander powder to this.

    Now Add Chicken to this mix and stir it for some time and remove from flame.

    Take a slice of bread and cut the 4 edges out.Dip this into coconut mlk and press it with two hands.

    To the center put the above masala mix and fold .

    Dip this to beated eggs and rusk powder and deep fry them well. Chicken Roll is Ready.
