Spinach & Corn Creamy salad (Mexican salad)

Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup sweet corn kernels
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • For garnish : 1 tbsp cheese spread
  • 1 1 tsp Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes

Directions

  • Heat olive oil in a pan. Add spinach & corn. Saute until spinach & corn cooked.
  • Add salt and black pepper. Add 1 tsp Mayonnaise. Mix well. Switch off gas. Let it cool.
  • Mix cheese spread, mayonnaise and chilli flakes in a bowl. Garnish it on salad and serve healthy and creamy salad.
