Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Green chilies- 5-6 pcs

  • Boiled and mashed Potatoes – 1/2cup

  • Gram Flour (Besan) – 1 cup

  • Salt –1Tsp

  • Red chili powder 1Tsp

  • Coriander powder 1Tsp

  • Fennel seeds powder 1/2Tsp

  • Chaat masala –1tsp

  • Asfoetida (Hing) – A pinch

  • Oil 1Tsp

Directions

    Wash and slit the green chilies. 

  • 02

    Add mashed potatoes in a bowl and add all the spices. Mix spices well with potatoes.

    Stuff green chilly with this mixture and keep it aside.

    Make a smooth batter of gram flour and water and add little salt and red chili powder.

  • 05

    Preheat airfryer for 5 minutes at 180*c.

  • 06

    Coat the green chilly with the flour batter .

  • 07

    Place a greased baking paper or foil in airfryer basket and place coated green chillies.

  • 08

    Cook mirchi vada in preheated airfyer for 15 minutes.

  • 09

    Once cooked, remove from airfryer and serve hot with green chutney or sauce
