Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 250 gms chicken


  • 100 gms kadachakka(bread fruit)


  • 2 nos onion


  • 50 gms small onion


  • 4 nos green chili


  • 6 nos garlic


  • 1 piece ginger ,small


  • 3 tbsp coconut oil


  • 1 tbsp chili powder


  • 2 tbsp coriander powder


  • 3/4 tbsp turmeric powder


  • 4-5 nos curry leaves


  • 1 cups coconut milk


  • 1 piece tomato


  • 3 tsp chicken masala


  • 1 tsp salt,to taste

Directions

  • Marinate Chicken with Chili Powder,Coriander Powder & Turmeric Powder .
  • Add 3 tbsp pf oil into the hot pan.
  • Add on marinated chicken pieces to the pan and just fry it for 3 mins.
  • Separate Chicken from Oil and add onions and garlic paste to the same oil.
  • After it become half- cooked add on small onion,green chili,ginger,tomato,turmeric powder,coriander powder,chili powder,chicken and masala.
  • Then add 1/2 cup of coconut milk, salt to taste,cleaned kadachakka.
  • Allow it to cook for 30 min.Now add curry leaves.
  • Dry this until the water boils out.Take out of flame and Serve hot.
