Chicken 250 gms
Kadachakka(Bread Fruit) 100 gms
onion 2 nos
Small Onion 50 gms
Green Chili 4 nos
garlic 6 nos
Ginger ,small 1 piece
Coconut Oil 3 tbsp
Chili Powder 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder 2 tbsp
turmeric powder 3/4 tbsp
Curry Leaves 4-5 nos
Coconut Milk 1 cups
tomato 1 piece
chicken masala 3 tsp
Salt,to taste 1 tsp
Marinate Chicken with Chili Powder,Coriander Powder & Turmeric Powder .
Add 3 tbsp pf oil into the hot pan.
Add on marinated chicken pieces to the pan and just fry it for 3 mins.
Separate Chicken from Oil and add onions and garlic paste to the same oil.
After it become half- cooked add on small onion,green chili,ginger,tomato,turmeric powder,coriander powder,chili powder,chicken and masala.
Then add 1/2 cup of coconut milk, salt to taste,cleaned kadachakka.
Allow it to cook for 30 min.Now add curry leaves.
Dry this until the water boils out.Take out of flame and Serve hot.
