2 tablespoons thick yogurt
1 tablespoons ginger garlic paste
1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon tomato sauce
250 gm boneless chicken cubes
1/2 cup diece bell peppers
1 tablespoons ghee
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
1 teaspoon red chilli paste
Soak wooden skewers into the water for 8 minutes .
In a large mixing bowl , mix together the yogurt , ginger garlic paste , cumin powder , chilli powder , salt and tomato sauce .
Add the Chicken pieces and mix well coating all the pieces .
Cover and refrigerator for 10 minutes .
Thread the chicken onto the skewers , alternative the meat chunks red , yellow and green capsicum .
Brush with ghee , then grill for 15 minutes until cooked through and golden brown .
