Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 tablespoons thick yogurt


  • 1 tablespoons ginger garlic paste


  • 1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper


  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder


  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


  • 2 teaspoon tomato sauce


  • 250 gm boneless chicken cubes


  • 1/2 cup diece bell peppers


  • 1 tablespoons ghee


  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder


  • 1 teaspoon red chilli paste

Directions

  • Soak wooden skewers into the water for 8 minutes .
  • In a large mixing bowl , mix together the yogurt , ginger garlic paste , cumin powder , chilli powder , salt and tomato sauce .
  • Add the Chicken pieces and mix well coating all the pieces .
  • Cover and refrigerator for 10 minutes .
  • Thread the chicken onto the skewers , alternative the meat chunks red , yellow and green capsicum .
  • Brush with ghee , then grill for 15 minutes until cooked through and golden brown .
