Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 250 gms boneless chicken pieces,small


  • 500 gms basmati rice


  • 1 nos carrot


  • 3-4 nos beans


  • 3 nos egg


  • 1/4 tsp chili powder


  • 2-3 nos green chilly


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1/4 tsp chicken masala


  • 500 ml vegetable oil

Directions

  • Marinate Chicken with Chili Powder ,salt,turmeric powder and chicken masala.
  • Place a thick bottom pan on flame.pour sufficient veg oil for frying chicken pieces into the oil.
  • Then Fry it until it becomes brown colour,take out from oil.
  • Chop all Vegetable and Green Chili into small pieces.
  • Clean Basmati Rice and boil rice until half-cooked.
  • Add some salt and drain it.
  • Heat Dalda in a pan and when it melts ,add in eggs and mash it well until it becomes small pieces.
  • Now add vegetables and green chili to this.and again mash until the veggies are half cooked.
  • Add salt and chili powder ,then add the whole rice into it and mash it well.
  • Now add the fried chicken pieces,at last add chopped coriander leaves for garnishing.
  • Yummy Chicken Fried Rice is Ready.
