1 tsp vinegar

Directions
Cappsicum ko finelly chopped kar le .
Carrot ko bhi finelly chopped ya grate kiya hua.
Rotti ki bhi lambai se cut kar le noodlles ke shape jaise.
Ab pan me oil garam kare aur hing daale aur jeera daale.
Red chilly powder and garam masala powder daale.
chopped vegetables and green peas mix kare.
Salt mux kare aur chalate hue halja paka le but crunchy jaisa rahe.
Ab soya saus and vinegar mix kare.
Strip wise cut kari rotti mix kare.
