Ingredients

  • 2-3 leftover roti


  • 1/4 cup finelly chopped cappsicum


  • 1/4 cup Finley chopped carrot length wise


  • 1/4 cup frozen green peas


  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder


  • 1/4 tsp chilly powder


  • 1-2 green chilly chopped


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1/4 tsp hing


  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1/4 tsp garam masala powder


  • 1/2 tsp salt ya according to taste


  • 1 tbsp tomato saus


  • 1 tsp vinegar


  • 1-1/2 tsp soya saus

Directions

  • Cappsicum ko finelly chopped kar le .
  • Carrot ko bhi finelly chopped ya grate kiya hua.
  • Rotti ki bhi lambai se cut kar le noodlles ke shape jaise.
  • Ab pan me oil garam kare aur hing daale aur jeera daale.
  • Red chilly powder and garam masala powder daale.
  • chopped vegetables and green peas mix kare.
  • Salt mux kare aur chalate hue halja paka le but crunchy jaisa rahe.
  • Ab soya saus and vinegar mix kare.
  • Strip wise cut kari rotti mix kare.
  • Tea ya coffee ke saath serve kare.
