Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 pound boneless chicken without skin


  • 1 onion chopped


  • 2 tablespoon of crushed garlic


  • 1/3 cup of honey


  • 1/4 cup of tomato ketchup


  • 2 tablespoon of vegetable oil


  • 1/2 tablespoon of red chilli powder


  • 1/3 tablespoon of pepper powder


  • 1 green chilli sliced


  • Sesame seeds for garnish 1/2 tablespoon


  • 1/4 cup of soya sauce


  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar


  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch


  • 1/2 cup of water


  • 1/3 tablespoon of salt

Directions

  • Marinate all the ingredients with the water and the chicken except cornstarch.
  • In a cooker, pour the chicken mixture and cook it low simmering heat for 30 minutes
  • After the cooker lid opens, take out the chicken pieces and shredded them in a chopping board.
  • Add the shredding chicken in the cooker again and cook again with the open lid with the cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 cup of water for 10 minutes in low simmer.
  • Off the flame and serve with hot rice garnishing with green chilli and sesame seeds.
