Take the sliced Onions in a bowl and sprinkle over 1 tsp salt,chilli powder and turmeric.Keep covered for 10 minutes till the Onions ooze out their water.
Add the mashed Jackfruit,the remaining 1 tsp salt and the gram flour.Mix well till thoroughly combined.
Heat Oil and when sufficiently hot,drop mixture gently in the hot oil.Fry the Pakoras on medium heat till golden brown and slightly crisp.Remove on absorbent paper.
Serve warm with Tomato Ketchup,Green Coriander Chutney and Sweet Tamarind Chutney.
