Ingredients

  • 1 cup moong and moth sprouts

  • 1 cup sour curd

  • 1 cup bajra flour

  • 1 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1/2 tsp garam masala

  • 1 tsp salt (as per taste)

  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions

    Coarsely crush the sprouts in the blender

  • 02

    Add the flour , spices and curd into the sprouts mixture

  • 03

    Mix well all together

  • 04

    Wait for 10 minutes

  • 05

    Heat oil in the non stick pan

  • 06

    Pour enough batter to properly spread a chilla

  • 07

    Cook from one side and then from the other side too

  • 08

    Serve hot.
