Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup moong and moth sprouts


  • 1 cup sour curd


  • 1 cup bajra flour


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp salt (as per taste)


  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions

  • Coarsely crush the sprouts in the blender
  • Add the flour , spices and curd into the sprouts mixture
  • Mix well all together
  • Wait for 10 minutes
  • Heat oil in the non stick pan
  • Pour enough batter to properly spread a chilla
  • Cook from one side and then from the other side too
  • Serve hot.
