Boil the sweet potatoes in a pressure cooker
Let it cool
Then remove the skin
Then mash it smooth with potato masher
In a nonstick pan add greated sweet potatoes,ghee,and sugar and stir it on medium flame for 5 min.
It will become lumpy mixture
If needed cook for another3_4 min.till sugar water absorbed
Then add cocoa powder and mix well
Now off the flame
Now take any of your choice mould and sprinkle chopped pista and chocolate vermicelly then put sweet potatoes mixture in mould and press it
Then rest it 5 min.In fridge
Then unmould it in serving dish and garnish with pomegranate seeds
