TANDOORI CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS

Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 1 kg Chicken Drumsticks

  • 1 large Onion

  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tblspn

  • Yogurt 3 tblspn

  • Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder 1 tblspn

  • Coriander Powder 1 tsp

  • Tandoori Masala 2 tblspn

  • Lemon juice 1 tblpsn

  • Salt as per taste or 1 tsp

  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp

  • Chat masala 1 tsp

  • Oil 3-4 tblpsn

  • Red food colour 1/4 tsp optional (I haven't use)

Directions

    Wash Drumsticks thoroughly in a colander and keep aside to drain completely.

    In a pan add 3 tblspn oil and add sliced onion into oil. And fry till brown.

    Take out the onions and let it cool down.

  • 04

    In a bowl add all the spices and ingredients. and mix them.

    Now crush the Fried onions by your hand and add them too.

    Add left over oil from fried onions and mix well.

  • 07

    Now add Drumsticks and mix well.

  • 08

    Now cover the bowl with cling wrap and keep this bowl in refrigerator for atleast 4 hrs.

    After 4 hrs preheat the oven at 200 degree for 10 minutes.

    Grease a Foiled Baking Tray and place the marinated Drumsticks on it.

    Bake on grill mode at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.

    Then flip off the Drumsticks and roast for 10-15 minutes more.

    Take out the Roasted Drumsticks. Sprinkle some chat masala and lemon juice and serve with raw onion rings.
