Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 100 grams lady fingers


  • 1/2 cup cheakpea flour


  • 1 teaspoon cumin_coriender powder


  • 1 teaspoon salt


  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala


  • 1/2 teaspoon turmaric powder


  • 1 teaspoon red chilly powder


  • 2 tablespoon chopped coriender


  • 4 tablespoon oil


  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste

Directions

  • Wash and dry all lady fingers
  • Cut the adges and gov straight cut to all
  • In a mixing bowl add cheakpea flour,salt,turmeric powder,red chilly powder,Garamond masala,chopped coriander,garlic paste and 1 tablespoon oil
  • Mix well and stuff this masala in to lady fingers
  • In a pan arrange all stuff lady fingers,and sprinkle1 tablespoon oil and cover
  • Let it cook on low heat for 5 min.
  • Then turn all the lady fingers and again sprinkle 1 tablespoon oil and cook for another5 min.
  • Now check if all lady fingers cooked properly
  • If needed cook another 5 min.
  • Then serve it in serving dish
