Mix rava and curd to form a batter.add capsicum and peas in it
Add chopped chopped coriander and green chilly
Heat one spoon oil in a tadka pan and add mustard seeds, urad dal and curry leaves
Mix this tadka in a idili batter and make a nice stir
Add 1/2tsp soda in it and mix it
Heat same tadka pan and put half spoon oil and few mustard seeds put one big spoon batter in it and covet it
Flip it and cook golden brown from both sides
Serve it with sauce
