Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 cup rava


  • 1 cup curd


  • 1 capsicum chopped


  • 1/4 cup boiled green peas


  • 1 tsp mustard seeds


  • 4-5 chopped chilly


  • 1 tbsp Chopped coriander


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp urad dal


  • 10-15 curry leaves


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1/2 tsp soda

Directions

  • Mix rava and curd to form a batter.add capsicum and peas in it
  • Add chopped chopped coriander and green chilly
  • Heat one spoon oil in a tadka pan and add mustard seeds, urad dal and curry leaves
  • Mix this tadka in a idili batter and make a nice stir
  • Add 1/2tsp soda in it and mix it
  • Heat same tadka pan and put half spoon oil and few mustard seeds put one big spoon batter in it and covet it
  • Flip it and cook golden brown from both sides
  • Serve it with sauce
