In a bowl take all the ingredients except butter , ghee , cheese and charcoal. Mix it well and keep it aside for 5-6 hours.
In a pan take butter and add chicken to it. Cook till chicken becomes soft.
On a gas stove put charcoal. When it burnts put it in a bowl.
Put this bowl on cooked chicken. Pour ghee on charcoal and immediately cover the pan with lead.Don't open the lead for 15 mins.
Then grate cheese on it.
Serve with salad and green chutney.
