Ingredients

  • 500 gr.hung curd

  • 1 onion

  • 2 green chilli

  • 1/2spoon red chilli powder

  • 1/2 spoon Salt

  • 3to 4 spoon dry fruits

  • 4 spoon corn flour

Directions

    First take a bowl and mix all ingredients.

    Take a pan and put the oil on the gas.

  • 03

    Take a small mixture in your palm and gave a shape of small boll.

  • 04

    Press the small boll and fill the mixture in the dry fruits.and cover the boll and again light press and gave a kabab shape.

  • 05

    Now fry the kababs in heat oil.
