Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Boneless Chicken Breast 2 piece

  • Ginger-Garlic paste 2 tbsp

  • Italian Seasoning - Oregano powder 2 tsp

  • Black Pepper Powder 2 tsp

  • Salt - as per taste 2 tsp

  • Basmati Rice 1 cups

  • Lemon juice 2 tsp

  • Green chilli chopped 1 tsp

  • Butter 2 tsp

  • Olive oil 2 tsp

  • Chicken Broath 2 cups

Directions

    Clean the chicken breast and prick with fork.

    Add ginger-garlic paste, 1teaspoon oregano powder, 1teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder.. marinate for 1 hour.. keep it in normal refrigerator

    In a deep pan add butter and olive oil

    Place the marinated chicken breasts and fry it on a high heat until golden brown appears on both sides..

    After frying keep chicken breasts aside

    Into the same pan add pre-soaked rice, fry for 2 minutes

    Add 1teaspoon oregano powder, salt and black pepper powder..

    Add 2 cups of chicken broath

    Add lemon juice

    When turns to boil add fried chicken breasts

    Add chopped green chilli as per taste

    Cover and cook until rice fully done

    After rice are done rest it for another 5 minutes.
